 About Us: Timeless Voyager Press was a spin off of Timeless Voyager Radio. Let me explain. Before I began publishing books, I was a radio talk-show host. Who isn't these days? So let me introduce you to the Mother of Timeless Voyager Press - Timeless Voyager Radio. The birth of Timeless Voyager radio occurred during a long drive back to Santa Barbara, CA one morning in December of 1987. I was listening to Art Bell long before he had his Coast To Coast Radio Show, in fact, he was broadcasting from the top floor of a hotel in Las Vegas. It hit me like a lightning bolt! I can do that, but I'll go one step farther - I'll syndicated the show on late night radio stations across the US. As I drove in the rain along slippery mountain roads I began to visualize a late-night paranormal/UFO type program that would be delivered to 100s of radio stations via satellite. By the time I returned home to Santa Barbara, I had been through the entire birthing process. By 1988, I had two stations delivering my program: KCSB in Santa Barbara and CJEZ in Toronto, Canada. Both shows were delivered in the early morning hours 5AM in Toronto on Saturday and Sundays and Monday mornings at 9 AM in Santa Barbara. By early 1989 Timeless Voyager Radio was #1 on CJEZ! It was a complete surprise to everyone including me. It was time to make the jump to syndication. In April of 1990 Timeless Voyager Radio was on the satellite to over 125 stations and the pioneering idea had come to fruition. What happened? A few unfortunate events created problems with affiliates and Timeless Voyager Radio was shutdown overnight. The FCC took the distributor, Independent Broadcasting Network, of the program off the air due to accusations of SEC violations. By the time the fiasco was cleared up, Timeless Voyager Radio was no longer airing on the 125 stations. But to this day, taped replays of the show continue airing on independent stations world-wide, the 350 + programs show no signs of waning. Now back to the story of Timeless Voyager Press. By 1997, I decided to start publishing books about the same genre that had made Timeless Voyager Radio famous. How does one become a book publisher? The same way one becomes a talk show host. I found a few unpublished writers who I had interviewed on the radio with interesting manuscripts and began my career as a publisher. After 8 years, I have managed to put together a fairly good size niche publishing business with about 20 or more books. My goal is to keep bringing more and more books that pique the audience's interest. I continue a policy of reading solicited manuscripts weekly and formatting as many books as I can each month. I am open to new material and keep an open mind because there are new authors with great manuscripts that deserve to be read! That's the story of Timeless Voyager Press.
